M2VA Services was created in 2021 as a result of working and consulting in many different places: private sector, public sector, small to large companies.... everyone had the same problems. The work was easy, but it was too hard to manage with different systems, different logins, and different requirements.
By providing holistic, agile solutions, we help people, process, and technology become - and stay - aligned.
Meet the M2VA Team
Megan created M2VA Services, LLC to provide quality training, audits, and project management services to those who are struggling to make sense of process and change. A lifelong learner and certified teacher, Megan holds a PMP from the Project Management Institute (Credential ID 2697391) and is a Certified Scrum Master from the Scrum Alliance (Credential ID 1046323).
She started her career as a Tier I/II Help Desk analyst, moving onto creating wireframes and systems design, technical and requirements gathering, change management, training and Learning Management Software curriculum, and setting up a Project Management Office (PMO).
Together with a key group of trusted subcontractors, Megan helps her clients work better together.
